NEW YORK, NY — July 14, 2026 — WireScreen, the premier China-focused risk intelligence platform, today announced the appointment of Bryan S. Ware to its advisory board.
Ware has spent three decades building companies and shaping policy at the crossroads of cybersecurity and national security. He is founder and CEO of GraySpace Technology, an AI-based cyber solutions company serving the national security community, and a five-time CEO with four successful company exits and three U.S. patents. Previously, he served as the first presidentially appointed Cybersecurity Director at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, where he led the defense of U.S. critical infrastructure against nation-state and insider threats. Before that, he served as Assistant Secretary for Cyber, Infrastructure, Risk and Resilience Policy at the Department of Homeland Security, helping shape national cybersecurity strategy and strengthen collaboration across government and international partners.
"Bryan has built his career at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, and national security," said David Barboza, co-founder and CEO of WireScreen. "His experience building technology companies and leading the nation's cybersecurity efforts will be invaluable as we continue expanding WireScreen's capabilities to help customers uncover hidden corporate relationships, strategic influence, and risks to national security."
"The hardest risks to identify are often the ones you can't immediately see," Ware said. "WireScreen helps customers connect companies, ownership structures, and commercial relationships to the national security and geopolitical risks shaping today's world. That ability to reveal hidden connections is increasingly important, and I'm excited to support the company's next phase of growth."
He continues to advise private equity sponsors and sits on executive advisory boards across the cybersecurity and financial-software sectors.
